What is creative facilitation?

WHAT IS CREATIVE FACILITATION?

Creative facilitation is about creating an environment where creativity can flourish, and where people feel inspired and motivated to explore new ideas and solutions.

For the business sector, this can result in increased innovation and competitiveness.

As a facilitator, I focus on leading with commitment and inspiring each individual in the team for participation and mastery. Whether it's a painting course in my studio or a two-day strategy session. The basic principles is the same; We are all creative. We are all unique and have the ability for new thoughts. So I start every process with the individual and we work together from that.
The ability to control the direction of a process requires presence and understanding of where the client are in the process.

 EXAMPLES OF PROCESSES

1. Promote divergent thinking: Divergent thinking is the ability to generate a wide range of ideas and solutions. I encourage free thinking and exploration of different perspectives, without limiting it to conventional or traditional approaches.

2. Using creative techniques and tools: I draw my techniques and tools from both design and art. These methods connect the right and left hemispheres of the brain and the result is therefore both innovative and strategic.

3. Facilitating collaboration and diversity: Bringing together people with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives can help create better collaboration, more joy and creativity.

Facilitation for businesses aims to promote and optimize creativity, innovation and problem-solving capabilities.

«On behalf of the team I wanted to thank you again for all the thought and hard work you put into making our team retreat so meaningful and special. We very much appreciated your skillful facilitation and loved the insightful and inspiring art and performance interjections. Now the ball is in our court to keep the spirit of these two days and go deeper on the topics discussed.»
