As life is forever changing, so am I

From an early age I have known that I wanted to create. My first experience with art was a beautiful drawing of a flower that my mother made for me when I was 8 years old. In my eyes it was magical and it made me want to learn how to draw. I took art classes in high school, and at the age of 24, I decided to go get a degree in art and design, moving first to Switzerland, and then to California. It was during this time that I had the most rapid creative growth of my life.
I was expanding my creative universe every day. Design and brand identity became my work and my passion... to this day.

As life gives me challenges to overcome - I change as a result

I started to create when going through challenging times to disconnect from stressful situations. Struggles became an opportunity to grow. It was like my soul started writing letters to me but with images as words. Giving me support, hope and joy. Letting go of everything in that moment made me connect to my soul. The result was that my first solo exhibit in 2012 was called Truth be told. The feedback was overwhelming. I was left with the notion that  art can communicate soul to soul and has the power to heal and uplift. This is the reason for why I continue to create and share my art.

Art as a tool for change

I am driven by wanting to share with others what these life lessons have taught me. I have educated myself on the topic of mental training, creativity and change. Through my company Cresprio I now facilitate for large companies using creative tools for corporate change and innovation. I also coach entrepreneurs on developing their personal brand and artists to connect to their unique creative soul so they can find their authentic expression.
